The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department held the "Food Safety Day 2014 cum Secondary School Food Safety and Nutrition Labelling Quiz Competition and Award Presentation Ceremony" today (July 4) to promote safe and smart ways of cooking to ensure food safety.
