The Government Property Agency today (June 27) announced the award of tenders at a total sale price of $88,295,000 to the respective highest bidders for (i) 17/F of Block 43 and car parking spaces Nos. 11 and 12 on the Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44 of Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Pok Fu Lam (at $29,200,000); (ii) 30/F together with a portion of the roof of Block 43 and car parking spaces Nos. 195 and 196 on the Upper Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44 of Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Pok Fu Lam (at $35,000,000); and (iii) Flat D2 on 5/F of Block D and car parking space No. 41 at car park Level 3 of Beverly Hill, 6 Broadwood Road, Happy Valley (at $24,095,000).
All tenderers have been informed of the tender result in writing.
