The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the licence of a public car park on the ground floor and the basement of North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, and the tenancy of a canteen on the first floor of Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, each for a term of three years.
The property in North Point should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars only, while the property at Tamar should be used for canteen purposes only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (June 6). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before June 19 this year for the property in North Point, and on or before June 23 this year for the property in Tamar.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on July 2 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
