The Lands Department announced today (May 29) that two residential sites in the 2014-15 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 513 at Yan Ching Street, Area 10, Tuen Mun, New Territories, and Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 512 at Lok Chui Street, Area 59, Tuen Mun, New Territories. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on June 27 and close on August 15.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 513 has a site area of about 1,174 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 4,227 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, petrol filling station and private residential) purposes is 1,174 sq m. The maximum gross floor area for private residential purposes is computed according to the relevant special condition in the Conditions of Sale. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 125.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 512 has a site area of about 1,044.6 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 752 sq m and 1,253 sq m respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by June 27, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
