The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for four separate three-year tenancies of government properties at shop numbers 2 and 3, shop number 4, shop number 7 and shop number 9 at the ground floor, Trade and Industry Department Tower, 700 Nathan Road, Kowloon. The properties should be used for the purposes of wholesale and/or retail and/or provision of services only.
The tender notice was gazetted today (April 17). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7654 or 2594 7715 on or before May 7 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box on the ground floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on May 16 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
