The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for two separate three-year licences for the operation, management and maintenance of the advertising area on the rooftop of Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai and the rooftop of Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.
The tender notice was gazetted today (April 4). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site have to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before April 14 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box on the ground floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on April 25 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
