The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of a government canteen in Tai Lam Correctional Institution Single Officers' Quarters, 108 Tai Lam Chung Road, Tuen Mun, and a government property in the Restricted Area of the Departure Level of the China Ferry Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui, each for a term of three years.
The property in Tuen Mun should be used for canteen purposes only, while that in Tsim Sha Tsui should be used for the purpose of a café open to all members of the public only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (March 14). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk .¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before March 27 this year for the property in Tuen Mun, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before April 1 this year for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on April 9 this year for the property in Tuen Mun, and before noon on April 16 for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui. Late tenders will not be accepted.
