The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a licence for the management, operation and maintenance of the advertising area on the external wall of Murray Road Multi-storey Carpark Building, No. 2 Murray Road, Central. The tender notice was gazetted today (January 17).
Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site have to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before February 4 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Secretariat Tender Box at the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, before noon on February 14 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
