Delegation of DC chairmen and vice chairmen starts visit to Beijing (with photos)

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (13th left), and District Council (DC) chairmen and vice chairmen start their visit to Beijing today (January 10). They visited the National Museum of China in the morning.
