The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate three-year tenancies of two government canteens at the ground Floor, Staff Quarters, Staff Training Institute, 47 Tung Tau Wan Road, Stanley, and Hong Kong Police College (Aberdeen), 18 Ocean Park Road, Wong Chuk Hang; and a shop tenancy at shop number 9 on Podium Level 2, Shun Lee Disciplined Services Quarters, 32 Lee On Road, Kwun Tong.
The properties in Stanley and Wong Chuk Hang should be used for canteen purposes only, while the property in Kwun Tong shall be used for the purposes of retail or provision of services (excluding school, TV/Internet game centre, off-course betting centre and mahjong school).
The tender notices were gazetted today (January 3). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before January 20 this year for the properties in Stanley and Wong Chuk Hang, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before January 22 this year for the property in Kwun Tong.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on January 28 this year for the property in Stanley, and before noon on January 29 for the properties in Wong Chuk Hang and Kwun Tong. Late tenders will not be accepted.
