The Government today (December 27) announced the appointment of Dr Wilfred Wong Ying-wai as Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) and Ms Lina Yan Hau-yee as Vice-chairman.

The Chairman, Vice-chairman and all the members were appointed to serve a term of three years from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016.
The following three government representatives are ex-officio members of the HKADC:
Secretary for Home Affairs or his representative
Permanent Secretary for Education or his representative
Director of Leisure and Cultural Services or his representative
