The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Gregory So, will leave for Dongguan tomorrow morning (December 20) to attend a forum on Dongguan-Hong Kong co-operation and a ceremony celebrating the third anniversary of the Hong Kong Professional Services Centre, a platform established in Dongguan to facilitate exchange of views and assist Hong Kong professional service providers to enter the Mainland market. Mr So will also deliver a keynote speech at the forum.
During Mr So's absence, the Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Godfrey Leung, will be the Acting Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development.
Mr So will return to Hong Kong on the same day.
