The Secretary for Justice, Mr Rimsky Yuen, SC, has been invited to visit Seoul, Korea from November 10 to 12 to attend an international conference on international arbitration.
Mr Yuen will deliver a speech to promote Hong Kong's legal and dispute resolution services at the opening ceremony of the conference, which is jointly organised by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
Mr Yuen will visit the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Centre and the Korean Bar Association to further enhance exchanges with Korea's legal sector.
Mr Yuen will return to Hong Kong on the afternoon of November 12.
