Mr Justice Fung (second right) inspects a dedicated polling station set up at Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre for the Yau Tsim Mong District Council King's Park Constituency by-election this morning (October 27). This dedicated polling station is open for a King's Park Constituency elector who is imprisoned or remanded in the Correctional Services Department's custody at Siu Lam Psychiatric Centre.
