Seminar for SMEs on Use of Social Media for Developing Mainland Market

     The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar titled "Use of Social Media for Developing Mainland Market" on October 16 (Wednesday).

     The seminar will explore, through case studies, consumption patterns and sales and marketing channels developed from the increasing use of social media on the Mainland. Speakers include the Associate Professor of the Department of Management and Marketing of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Dr Sherriff Luk; the Director of eMotion Lab Limited, Miss Mandy Tsang; and the General Manager of UDomain Internet Company Limited, Miss Queenie Chung. The seminar will also introduce the recently signed Supplement X to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement.

     The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
