Winning tea ware sends relaxing message
***************************************

Enjoying a fine cup of tea from an exquisitely crafted vessel is one of life's purest pleasures. A Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware competition drew 335 pottery tea sets from 244 entrants, leaving judges spoiled for choice. Each entry reflected its creator's skills and innovativeness, and they ran the gamut from simple and serene to quirky and complex.

More than 100 of the top entries are now on show at the museum's "2013 Tea Ware by Hong Kong Potters" exhibition. news.gov.hk spoke with three of the winning potters to learn what inspired their creations. The story appears today (September 29) in both text and video format.
