The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for separate tenancies of a government property at the ground floor, 65 Man Nin Street, Sai Kung, and a government canteen at the second floor, Passenger Terminal Building, Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Port Area, each for a term of three years.
The property in Sai Kung should be used for the purposes of shop, services, restaurant or office while that in Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Port Area should be used for canteen purposes only.
The tender notices were gazetted today (September 19). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.¡@
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before October 7 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at the ground floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on October 15 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
