The Lands Department announced today (August 19) that a commercial site and a residential site in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6312 at the junction of Wang Chiu Road and Lam Lee Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, and Lot No. 1180 in Demarcation District No. 215 at Hong Tsuen Road, Sai Kung Tuk, Sai Kung, New Territories. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on September 19 and close on November 1.
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6312 has a site area of about 4,297 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, hotel, godown, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 30,940 sq m and 51,564 sq m respectively.
Lot No. 1180 in Demarcation District No. 215 has a site area of about 8,073 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 9,688 sq m and 16,146 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 270.
The final Conditions of Sale for both lots will be available for distribution to the public and uploaded to Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by September 19, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
