The Lands Department today (August 1) announced that the tenders for two residential sites have been awarded on 50-year land grants at a total premium of $1,783.18 million.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 563 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, New Territories, was awarded to Everbeam Investments Limited (parent company: Advantage Investor Limited) at $1,220 million. Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 435 at Castle Peak Road - Tai Lam, Area 55, Siu Sau, Tuen Mun, New Territories, was awarded to Green Lotus Limited (parent company: Skyline Motion Limited) at $563.18 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the two sites to the highest tenderers," a Lands Department spokesman said.
The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in respect of each lot in alphabetical order with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets were:

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 563 has a site area of about 5,950 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 7,497 sq m and 12,495 sq m respectively.
Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 435 has a site area of about 11,626 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 8,884 sq m and 14,806 sq m respectively. The total number of residential units to be built shall not be less than 175.
