The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, will visit Singapore from Tuesday (July 30) to Friday (August 2).
Mrs Lam will depart for Singapore on Tuesday afternoon. While in Singapore, she will meet with top officials to brief them on the latest developments in Hong Kong and to promote mutual exchange. She will also take the opportunity to visit community, tourism, education, housing and cultural facilities to better understand Singapore's latest developments on various fronts.
Mrs Lam will also meet Hong Kong people living and working in Singapore to better understand their situation there.
Mrs Lam will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on August 2. In her absence, the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, will act as Chief Secretary for Administration.
