Archie the Beagle couldn't wait to get his paws on a copy of the Government Yearbook "Hong Kong 2012", which goes on sale tomorrow (July 17) at the Hong Kong Book Fair. That's because Archie and other canine colleagues are featured in a special photo section highlighting working dogs in government. Helping Archie sniff out all the latest information about Hong Kong is his handler Mr Teny Yeung from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.   Close
