SLW to visit Guangzhou tomorrow

The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, will make a duty visit to Guangzhou tomorrow (June 28).
Mr Cheung will call on officials of the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province as well as the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government to exchange views on issues of mutual interest. He will also visit an elderly care facility there.
Officials accompanying Mr Cheung on the visit will include the acting Director of Social Welfare, Mr Fung Pak-yan, and the Deputy Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Donald Chen. They will return to Hong Kong in the evening of the same day.
