Registered electors are reminded to report any changes in their residential addresses or other registration particulars to the Registration and Electoral Office (REO) by June 29.
"We particularly appeal to the electors who have moved home to fulfil their civic responsibility by providing the REO their new residential addresses by the deadline so that the REO can update their records accordingly," a spokesman for the REO said today (June 23).
"To protect the environment, electors are also encouraged to provide or update their email addresses for receiving electoral messages," he added.
Relevant forms can be downloaded from the voter registration website (www.voterregistration.gov.hk) and are also available at the REO, the District Offices and management offices of public housing estates.
Completed forms can be returned to the REO by mail to 10/F, Guardian House, 32 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, or by fax to 2891 1180.
For enquiries, please call 2891 1001.
