Hong Kong and Republic of Korea sign Agreement on Transfer of Sentenced Persons (with photos)

The Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok (second right) and the Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong, Mr Cho Yong-chun, today (May 28) signed the Agreement on Transfer of Sentenced Persons.
