Police investigate a case of "Using a false instrument"

Police received referral from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong about a suspected "Using a false instrument" case involving a commodities trading company.
Commercial Crime Bureau has taken over the investigation and a 55-year-old male, surnamed Dai, was arrested today (May 21). He will be detained overnight for enquiries.
Investigation of the case is on-going.
