The Government Property Agency is inviting bids for a three-year tenancy of a government property at Ground Floor (including the yard and cockloft thereof), 67 Man Nin Street, Sai Kung, for the purposes of shop, services, restaurant or office (excluding temple, shop for retailing or wholesaling of coffins, godown, hotel, cinema, garage, motor vehicle repairing, maintenance, lubricating and washing services, residential and any offensive trade under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation) only.
The tender notice was gazetted today (May 16). Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk.
Interested bidders who wish to inspect the site have to make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before June 3 this year.
Bidders must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on June 11 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
