| Picture shows the artwork "Things Happened on the Island" by Mr Lam Tung-pang. As part of the exhibit, Mr Lam paints a scene for his audience, who can use the scale models and wooden toys provided to create their own ideal city as an extension of the scene. Once this first city is established, the next audience can build on top of it, or demolish it and start over again. It is through this imaginative construction and destruction by various participants that the artwork is gradually completed, leaving behind the traits of a city. |
