Man holding charged with murder

     Police today (May 2) holding charged a man with one count of murder.

     The 21-year-old man was arrested in Sheung Shui yesterday (May 1) in suspected connection with a murder case in Sheung Shui on April 28, in which a 30-year-old man was injured after being attacked on Po King Road, and was later certified dead at North District Hospital.

     Initial post-mortem results revealed that the deceased died of excessive bleeding due to multiple cut wounds.

     The arrestee will appear at Fanling Magistrates’ Courts tomorrow (May 3).
