The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mrs Carrie Lam, visited the St James' Settlement Scenic Resort (Nursing Home) in Shau Kei Wan this afternoon (February 11). During her visit, Mrs Lam extends her Lunar New Year greetings to an elderly person and her family members.   Close
