HK ranked world's freest economy for the 19th consecutive year (with photo)

The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung (left), receives a copy of the Heritage Foundation's "2013 Index of Economic Freedom" from its President, Dr Edwin Feulner (right), at Government House on January 9. Mr Leung welcomed Hong Kong's ranking as the world's freest economy for the 19th consecutive year since the "Index of Economic Freedom" was first published in 1995.
