Police will implement crowd control measures and special traffic arrangements in Lan Kwai Fong from tomorrow (October 31) to November 1 to facilitate the public to celebrate the Halloween.
Road Closure
------------
The following road closure will be implemented from 6pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day:
- A section of D'Augilar Street between Wyndham Street and Wellington Street;
- Lan Kwai Fong;
- Wing Wah Lane;
- Wo On Lane; and
- A section of Wellington Street between Wyndham Street and D'Aguilar Street.
In addition to the above road closures, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 8pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day:
- On Lan Street,
- A section of Wyndham Street between D'Aguilar Street and Queenˇ¦s Road Central;
- A section of D'Aguilar Street between Queen's Road Central and Wellington Street;
- A section of Stanley Street between Dˇ¦Aguilar Street and Cochrane Street; and
- A section of Wellington Street between Dˇ¦Aguilar Street and Cochrane Street.
After the completion of traffic diversion, the crowds will be directed to queue up along Wellington Street, Pottinger Street, Stanley Street, D'Aguilar Street and Queen's Road Central. The whole section of D'Aguilar Street will be closed.
Suspension of parking spaces

All on-street parking spaces on Stanley Street near D'Auguilar Street, On Lan Street and a section of Wyndham Street between Arbuthnot Road and D'Aguilar Street will be suspended from 4pm on October 31 to 6am on the following day.
All vehicles parked illegally would be towed away without prior notice.
Actual implementation of special traffic arrangements will be made at the time depending on conditions in the areas.
