These "C" sites are located in the Kai Tak City Centre (on the south-western part of the Shatin to Central Link Kai Tak Station), the South Apron Area at the Kowloon Bay waterfront and the Runway Area.

About 9.62 hectares are zoned "Comprehensive Development Area" ("CDA") and intended for comprehensive development/redevelopment for commercial and/or residential uses.
