Appeal for information on dead body found in Castle Peak (with photo)

     Police today (September 6) appealed to the public for information on a dead body found case in Castle Peak on September 4.

     At about 5.45pm on that day, Police received a report that a dead body was found floating on the sea off Tap Shek Kok Power Station, Castle Peak.

     The deceased, aged between 30 and 40, was about 1.7 metres tall, and of medium build with short black hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black trousers and a pair of black sports shoes when being found.

     Initial investigation revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

     Police urged anyone who has any information about case to contact officers of Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Castle Peak Division at 3661 5935 or 3661 5936.
