Mr Tsang (right) attended a reception in London hosted by the Riding for the Disabled Association. Joining Mr Tsang were the President of the Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled, Dr York Chow, and equestrian athlete Natasha Tse.   Close
