To encourage people to adopt abandoned or unclaimed dogs and promote responsible pet ownership, the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department is organising the "Pets Are Family Too" Dog Adoption Day at the Amphitheatre Playground of Stanley Plaza this Saturday (September 1).
