     "Here is a special announcement of the Education Bureau concerning the Yi Jin Diploma Information Day:

     As the tropical cyclone signal warning number 8 is in force, the Yi Jin Diploma Information Day organised by the Education Bureau and the Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education will be deferred.

     If the tropical cyclone signal warning number 8 is cancelled at or before 1pm, the event will start around two hours after the cancellation of the signal."
