Former Urban Council time capsule unearthed today (with photos)

The "Unearthing Ceremony of Former Urban Council's Time Capsule" was held at the Memorial Garden of the Hong Kong City Hall today (March 28). The ceremony was officiated by the ex-Urban Council (ex-UC) Chairman, Dr Ronald Leung.
