     Valentine's Day - the most popular day for weddings - is approaching. All 132 time slots at Hong Kong's five marriage registries were booked for this special day.

     While brides and grooms are the stars of a wedding ceremony, the registrar of marriages is another key player who can ensure couples' memories of this once-in-a-lifetime event are happy ones.
