Hong Kong ranked world's freest economy for 18th consecutive year (with photos)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang (right), receives a copy of the Heritage Foundation's latest report, "2012 Index of Economic Freedom", from its President, Dr Edwin Feulner, at Government House (January 11). Mr Tsang welcomed Hong Kong's ranking as the world's freest economy for the 18th consecutive year since the "Index of Economic Freedom" was first published in 1995.
