Hong Kong and Russia signed a memorandum of understanding on cultural co-operation in Moscow today (September 26, Moscow time) to strengthen co-operation in culture and art between the two places. Representing the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, signed the memorandum with the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Mrs Ekaterina Chukovskaya.   Close
