CE concludes visit to Europe (with photos/videos)

The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, met the First Minister of Scotland, Mr Alex Salmond, in Edinburgh today (September 15, Edinburgh time) to discuss areas of collaboration between Hong Kong and Scotland.
