Draft Mong Kok Outline Zoning Plan amended

The amendments mainly involved rezoning of a site bounded by Ivy Street, Elm Street and Anchor Street from "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Business" to "Residential (Group E)" to facilitate residential development; and the ex-Mong Kok Market site at the junction of Canton Road and Argyle Street from "Government, Institution or Community" to "Commercial (3)" with requirement to provide a community health centre at the site.
