| The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, together with a group of Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) Committee members and SC.Net members, visited a number of CIIF funded community projects in Tin Shui Wai and Aberdeen in two consecutive days. Mr Cheung was highly impressed by all four projects visited, each with its own unique features. He believed that their successful experience could be widely applied to other districts.
