Tsuen Wan District Council by-election turnout (as at 11.30am) (with photos)

     As at 11.30am today (July 24), 1 199 of the 7 554 registered electors of the Fuk Loi Constituency had cast their votes in the Tsuen Wan District Council by-election, representing a turnout of 15.87%. (The voter turnout figures are only for temporary reference.)

     The polling station at the Holy Cross Lutheran School opens from 7.30am to 10.30pm.

     The dedicated polling station at the Hong Kong Police Lei Muk Shue Operational Base opens from 7.30am to 10.30pm. It is set up for electors in the Fuk Loi Constituency remanded or detained by law enforcement agencies other than the Correctional Services Department (CSD) to cast their ballots.

     Nine dedicated polling stations are also set up in penal institutions for electors in the constituency imprisoned or remanded in the CSD”¦s custody to cast their votes in their respective penal institutions. For security reason, the polling hours are from 9am to 4pm.
