The Lands Department today (July 11) announced that the tenders for a business site and a hotel site had been awarded on 50-year land grant at a total premium of $4,176 million.
The business site, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6269, at the junction of Wai Yip Street, Shun Yip Street and Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, was awarded to Joint Vision Limited at $3,528 million. The hotel site, Inland Lot No. 8970, at 373 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, was awarded to Motive Drive Limited at $648 million.
"Authority from the Central Tender Board was given to the Lands Department to award the two sites to the highest tenderers," a Government spokesman said.
The tenderers other than the two successful tenderers in respect of each lot in alphabetical order were:

New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6269 has a site area of about 7,083 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 50,998 square metres and 84,996 square metres respectively.
Inland Lot No. 8970 has a site area of about 717 square metres and is designated for hotel purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 6,453 square metres and 10,755 square metres respectively.
