The services provided by Mobile Libraries 2 and 5 will be suspended for designated periods in June and July for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (June 13).
The service points of Mobile Library 2 to be affected from June 20 to 25 are Sheung Tak Estate in Tseung Kwan O; Ta Kwu Ling and Cheong Shing Court in North District; Kwong Yuen Estate, Lee On Estate and Yiu On Estate in Shatin; and Wan Tau Tong Estate and Tai Yuen Estate in Tai Po. To enquire about Mobile Library 2 services, please call 2605 1071.
The service points of Mobile Library 5 to be affected from June 27 to July 2 are Hin Keng Estate and Kam Tai Court in Shatin, Kin Ming Estate and Tsui Lam Estate in Tseung Kwan O, Fu Shin Estate and Fu Heng Estate in Tai Po, Bayview Garden in Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau Estate in Kwai Chung. People are welcome to use other public libraries during these service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
