The Lands Department announced today (June 10) that the site at Oil Street, North Point, Inland Lot No. 8920 in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for the lot will commence on July 15, 2011 and close on August 19, 2011.
Inland Lot No. 8920 has a site area of about 7,887 square metres and is designated for hotel or non-industrial (excluding godown and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 42,200 square metres, of which the total gross floor area to be used for hotel purposes together with any ancillary accommodation shall not be less than 30,000 square metres. The maximum gross floor area is 70,200 square metres.
The final Conditions of Sale for the lot will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by July 15 when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
