The Labour Department will organise a briefing on the Minimum Wage Ordinance on June 29 (Wednesday). Employers, human resource practitioners and employees are welcome to attend. The briefing will be held at 3pm at the Hall of the Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association, 136A Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The speaker will introduce the main provisions of the Ordinance.
The briefing will be conducted free of charge in Cantonese. The deadline for enrolment is June 24 and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For enquiries, please call 2852 3853. The enrolment form can be downloaded from the department's website (www.labour.gov.hk).
