To make it easier for visitors and local people to enjoy performances in Hong Kong, anyone using URBTIX Internet or credit card telephone booking services from Wednesday (May 11) onwards can collect their pre-paid tickets at Cityline Ticket Dispensing Machines and Cityline's outlet counters.
With the full launch of this ticket collection service, customers can collect their tickets simply by swiping the credit card used for booking through the machine slot. Internet or telephone booking services are available up to one hour prior to the performance starting time, and the machines are available at 36 locations throughout Hong Kong. Customers can also patronise any of the Cityline ticketing outlet counters for ticket collection.
Information on the locations of the Cityline's ticket dispensing machines and Cityline's outlets is available at the website www.urbtix.hk.
Customers can also opt for postal delivery of their pre-paid tickets up to seven days before the performance.
URBTIX ticketing services are available at www.urbtix.hk and 44 outlets at different locations. Credit card telephone booking on 2111 5999 can be made from 10am to 8pm daily.
