Government to sell three sites by public auction

     The Lands Department announced today (April 13) that three residential sites in the 2011-2012 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public auction.

     The three sites at Stubbs Road, Hong Kong, Inland Lot No 8963, at Begonia Road, Yau Yat Chuen, New Kowloon Inland Lot No 6498, and at Ngau Tam Mei, Yuen Long, Lot No 2086 in Demarcation District No 105, will be disposed of by public auction, which will be held on May 12, at Queen Elizabeth Stadium, Wan Chai.

     Inland Lot No 8963 has a site area of about 14,700 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 10,080 square metres and 16,800 square metres respectively.

     New Kowloon Inland Lot No 6498 has a site area of about 2,810 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 2,050 square metres and 3,417 square metres respectively.

     Lot No 2086 in Demarcation District No 105 has a site area of about 23,480 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 5,635 square metres and 9,392 square metres respectively.

     The final Conditions of Sale for Inland Lot No 8963, New Kowloon Inland Lot No 6498 and Lot No 2086 in Demarcation District No 105 will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by April 21, when the particulars of the land auction will also be gazetted.
